Some days call for ceremony... and some days call for something cooler, wildly refreshing, and a little bit fun. Enter the Choc Mint Frappe, lovechild of sacred cacao and simple summer magic.

This frosty potion blends grounded heart-opening Sacred Earth Medicine Ceremonial Cacao with an uplifting refresh of peppermint. Perfect pep-me-up for hot afternoons or anytime you want your mouth to go “oooooh” and your nervous system to go “ahhhhhh.”

Serves:  1
Vibe:  Refreshing pep up.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Ice cubes
  • 2 level Tbsp Sacred Earth Medicine Ceremonial Cacao
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 drop Peppermint Essential Oil (make sure it’s high quality, food-grade essential oil)
  • Dash of your favourite Milk

Directions

  1. Simply add all ingredients into a bullet or blender
  2. Blend until frosty and smoothish
  3. Serve with a long spoon, kick back, sip slow and enjoy! Nom nom!
