Chocolate Body Drizzle

by The Sacred Earth Medicine Team on February 07, 2024

Playing with Chocolate Body Drizzle is such a delicious and erotic way to spend a romantic evening with your beloved! This one is a must do.

Again, we have adapted and tweaked the recipe genius from Kimberley Gallagher’s book, Aphrodisiac – The Herbal Path to Healthy Sexual Fulfillment and Vital Living’.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup boiled water
  • 1/2 cup Sacred Earth Medicine Ceremonial Cacao, finely ground
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract or powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup full-fat coconut milk

Preparation

  1. Combine all the ingredients into a bullet and blend!
  2. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Note: In the original recipe they use a cacao powder and before adding the coconut milk, they bring the remaining ingredients to the boil, then simmer for 5 mins. When using a Ceremonial Grade cacao we recommend you avoid boiling it as that may begin to interfere with the medicinal and spiritual properties of the cacao. In our experience if the water if nicely boiled it works out fine in the bullet.

Practice

  • Once you have made your chocolate body drizzle, set up a romantic atmosphere, with a nice thick plush towel on the bed (or massage table if you have one). Light some candles, dim the lights and start your favourite sensual music playlist. You may even want to scatter some rose petals or other aphrodisiac strewing herbs.
  • Take the time to meditate, tuning in to each others bodies to heighten your sensory awareness.
  • You may want to take turns to invite your beloved to recline and receive.
  • Drizzle away!!
