Cacao Dreaming Elixir

The Cacao Dreaming Elixir is perfect before bed to enhance dream recall, intuitive clarity, and astral exploration.

This elixir brings together a soothing blend of herbs and cacao to support deep rest as you journey into the dream realms. Blue Lotus flower petals are known for their calming effects on the nervous system, opening the gates to deep sleep lucid dreams, and peaceful altered states. Mugwort enhances vivid dreaming and supports spiritual travel (not recommended during pregnancy). Lavender offers a gentle aid for peaceful sleep and third eye activation. Our Sacred Earth Medicine Ceremonial Cacao completes this blend by supporting heart-centred dreaming, relaxation, and is great for gently lifting the veils, for shamanic work.

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon Blue Lotus flower petals
1 teaspoon of Mugwort
1/2 teaspoon lavender
1/2 - 1 teaspoon of ground SEM Ceremonial Cacao
Boiled purified water
Paper & pen

Preparation:

Write “Lucid Dream” on a piece of paper and place it under your mug.
Add blue lotus, mugwort and lavender to the mug. Cover with boiled water and steep for 5 minutes.
Strain and gently reheat the herbal tea.
In a new mug, add your Ceremonial Cacao.
Pour a little of the warm tea over your cacao and whisk until smooth. Keep adding and whisking until blended.
Add honey if desired.
Sip slowly, set your dream intention, drift off and dream away!

It is good to note that everyone responds to cacao differently. While many people report that the magnesium in cacao soothes them into a deep sleep, others may find cacao's stimulating qualities keep them awake. Start with a mini dose and trust your body’s guidance.
