I’ve replaced my coffee habit with cacao’s heart opening help. I live in paradise and my weekly cacao ceremonies by the river have not only opened my heart but my eyes to seeing just how beautiful nature is. From the tides to the sparkling water, the trees and the colourful birds in them, the flowers and fungi and that grow on tree trunks, everything is brighter and I have more appreciation for each day.
The product is fantastic. We were purchasing small blocks and I was stoked to discover I could order 5kg. However, the big block lacks any presentation/branding from the company. If it serves as constructive feedback if would be lovely to see the usual beautiful branding on the 5kg block as seen on the small blocks.

I love this cacao, but unfortunately it didn't come ground at all, as it was sent on the tail end of summer I'm not surprised! It still tastes and feels amazing and is slightly easier to chop up than the normal blocks
Hi Gemma, big apologies for this. Unfortunately this can happen in the high point of summer as the surfaxe area of the ground cacao is much greater than a block - making it much more sesceptable to heat - and we don't defat our ground cacao like most other companies that offer a similar style product. I absolutely love sacred earth cacao. I buy it frequently for myself and others. There are many out there but I feel this is a great quality. I tried a few and I always come back to this one. Never disappoints.

Can you please send a photo of your melted Ground Ceremonial Cacao to hello@sacredearthmedicine.org and we will organise a replacement for you. Apologies for the cacao melting. Yes, the ground product is more prone to this in the hotter months, but we should be able to get you a ground product in the hotter months too.
