A simple, sensual delight infused with Ceremonial Cacao magic, shared with us by Hannie from @joyfull_creations_

If you’re looking for a little heart-opening treat that feels both indulgent and nourishing, this one’s for you. These Cacao Kissed Medjool Dates are the perfect fusion of rich, silky Sacred Earth Medicine Ceremonial Cacao and nature’s caramel - the humble date.

They’re as delicious as they are simple to make, and can be dressed up beautifully with nuts, flowers, fruit, or a sprinkle of your own creative flair. Perfect for sharing after ceremony, gifting to friends, or simply honouring yourself with a sacred snack of love and light.

🌸 Ingredients

  • 8 Medjool Dates, halved and pitted
  • 50g Sacred Earth Medicine Ceremonial Cacao
  • 1 tbs Coconut Oil
  • 1 tsp Maple Syrup
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Toppings (choose your own flavour bomb): Dried orange, rose petals, coconut flakes, roasted peanuts, dried calendula - or whatever other toppings you’d like to add!

💗 Directions

  1. Prepare the base: Finely chop your cacao so it melts evenly.
  2. Melt with love: Gently melt the cacao and coconut oil together over a double boiler.
  3. Sweeten the spirit: Stir through the maple syrup and a pinch of salt until smooth and glossy.
  4. Cool the flow: Let the mixture cool slightly. It should still be silky but not too hot.
  5. Dip and adorn: Dip each date half into the molten cacao, then lay them gently on baking paper.
  6. Decorate with beauty: Sprinkle your chosen toppings while the chocolate is still soft, let your creativity lead the way!
  7. Set and serve: Place them in the fridge for about 30 minutes to set.
