This isn’t just a cold drink, it’s ceremonial cacao in summer mode. On hot days you’ll love it as a more cooling companion. Blended with silky milk, maca for a little adaptogenic support, and a touch of cinnamon and vanilla, this iced cacao is both soothing and enlivening. A cooling summer cacao ritual - simple, nourishing, and deliciously heart-opening.

Serves:  1
Vibes:  Summer vibes, warm-weather cacao magic

Ingredients:

  • 2 level Tbsp Sacred Earth Medicine Ceremonial Cacao
  • 3/4 Cup cold Milk of choice (oat, almond or macadamia work well)
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Maca Powder
  • A sprinkle of Cinnamon
  • A pinch of Vanilla Powder
  • Ice

Directions:

  1. Throw 2-3 ice cubes and all other ingredients into a bullet or blender and blend until smooth, creamy and chilled.
  2. Add fresh ice to a fancy-shmancy glass and slide in a long spoon
  3. Pour your cacao over the ice. Stir, sip and chill out, letting your whole body exhale. Ahhhhh…
