Three Kings Hot Chocolate

Inspired by the wisdom and generosity of the Magi, this rich and spiced chocolate drink is a regal treat for Christmas or anytime you want to activate your royalty!

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp Sacred Earth Medicine Ceremonial Cacao finally chopped or ground
  • 1 drop of Frankincense essential oil (make sure its food grade)
  • Pinch of Nutmeg & Cinnamon
  • Hot water (and optional hot mylk)
  • Sweetener of choice (I prefer Maple, but honey is also good)

3 Ways Directions:

Stove top:

  1. Gently heat all ingredients except sweetener in a small pot on low heat, whisking till hot.
  2. Turn off heat and add sweetener.
  3. Pour into cup and sprinkle with nutmeg/cinnamon/ or carob garnish.

Bullet:

  1. Add everything into a bullet blender and whizz till frothy.

Mix in cup:

  1. Put Cacao, Frankincense and Spices into your ceremonial cup.
  2. Pour a tablespoon of boiled water over and stir to a smooth paste.
  3. Gradually add more hot water (and optional hot mylk), continue to stir til smooth.
  4. Add sweetener and mix well.

Serve and be merry!
