Heart-Warming Love in a Mug

Our Red Blush Beetroot Hot Chocolate is a rich, rosy fusion of earth and heart. With the grounding nourishment of beetroot and the deep, soul-awakening magic of Sacred Earth Medicine Ceremonial Cacao, this velvety elixir is a luscious ritual in itself. Whether you're winding down, welcoming the day, or honouring a moment of self-love, this drink invites you to slow down and sip in the beauty. Let it nourish your body, warm your heart, and bring a blush of joy to your cheeks.

Beetroot is not only vibrant and earthy (and stunning in colour!), it’s packed with antioxidants, supports circulation and cardiovascular health. This powerhouse root resonates with love, blood, and vitality, making it a beautiful ally in heart-focused nourishment.

You’ll notice there’s no added sweetener in this recipe—just the gentle sweetness of beetroot and oat milk. It’s a beautiful option when you’re craving something comforting but want to stay refined sugar-free. Of course, if your sweet tooth is calling, a touch of maple syrup or raw honey stirs in beautifully.

Your divine and delicious Red Blush Beetroot Hot Chocolate awaits!

For alternative options:

Fresh Beet: Use 2 small beetroots, peeled and roughly chopped. Place in small saucepan, with enough water to just cover. Bring to low simmer until tender (approx 30 minutes). Strain and add to blender.

PreCooked: To save time, precooked beets work.
