At Flow State Studio, we run monthly Full Moon Ceremonies to journey through the energy of the full moon by opening the heart, releasing the old and inviting the new. Our ceremonies include Yoga, Mantra chanting, breathwork and meditation. Every ceremony we use Sacred Earth Medicine's Ceremonial Cacao and drink ceremonial dose. It's a staple to each ceremony as it guides us into a connection with Mother Earth as we explore the in-between of immanence (grounding) and transcendence. Before our Full Moon Ceremonies became a much loved monthly event, we sampled different suppliers of ceremonial cacao. We can hand to heart say that we experienced the strongest connection to the self and to the Earth through the cacao sourced by Sacred Earth Medicine. Even a creative dose is so powerful in connection, and the consistency of the cacao is definitely the nicest we've used. The paste melts wonderfully, with very minimal clumping which is amazing!
